Join us for our last community gathering of the year at Soma Haus! This is your moment to meet, celebrate, and reflect alongside the Soma Haus community as we ride the final wave of the year together. Let’s flow and look towards the new year with clarity and open hearts.

- Free movement session and open sessions of ice bath & infrared sauna throughout the event.
- Food & drinks will be provided (it’s a party!)
- All bodies are welcome, no dance experience is required.
- Towels will be provided but showers will not be available for this event.
Close out the year with connection and renewal at Tidal Body, a vibrant Soma Haus community event honouring movement, presence, and togetherness.
We’ll kick off the evening with a conscious free movement session — an invitation to flow with your body’s natural rhythms and release the year’s energy. Afterwards, you’re welcome to dive into the cold plunge and sweat it out in the sauna, which will be open for communal use for the length of the event.
