Part Time / Full Time Educators
The Role
- Work hand-in-hand with the Educator and Therapist team to aid in all tasks to optimise the guest experience. This includes on-floor guest interaction, room tours, and recommendations for all services, treatments, packages and retail items.
- Guide guests through their treatment or service experience, making them feel safe, explaining the technology being used and the benefits, as well as making sure they always leave feeling better than when they walked in
- Attentive to detail and able to turn down service rooms and uphold high standards of presentation and cleanliness of the space; Hospitality background is preferred
- Handle appointment scheduling, service/ treatment recommendations and client servicing (payments, refunds, exchanges, issues and gift cards); Perform basic check-out and navigate POS to facilitate end-to-end guest experience by conducting accurate and timely guest transactions.
- Follow up with leads regularly to ensure they have the most up-to-date information on events, offers, benefits, and other updates.
- Be a team player; proactively help other team members
- Proactively acquires knowledge/education regarding company general information, new events and workshops, help enhance processes, quality control, collect customer feedback/experiences
- “Demonstrates” the culture held within the company, including: attitude respect, support, empowerment, encouragement, safety, trauma-sensitivity, consent and interaction with other staff, and in-centre discussion of healthy lifestyle

Breathwork Facilitators
The Role
- Perform guided sessions for Sweat & Freeze / Freeze. This includes the facilitation of breathing exercises, ice dips, breathwork and safety protocols.

Sports/ Remedial Massage Therapist
The Role
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists, psychotherapists, counsellors educators and breathwork facilitators
- Talk with clients about symptoms, medical history, and desired results
- Evaluate clients to locate painful or tense areas of the body,
- Manipulate muscles or other soft tissues of the body,
- Provide clients with guidance on stretching, strengthening, overall relaxation, and how to improve their posture,
- Document client’s condition and progress
- Exercise Prescriptions
- Other ad-hoc duties

Qualities We Look For
- Relevant training and certification in Sports Massage / Registered Massage Therapist / Lymphatic Massage Therapist
- Interest and experience in the area of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions and willingness to learn and grow in this area
- Other qualifications of massage therapy on top of sports massage is valued
- At least 2 year working experience
- Team player, willing to make contributions to the team in terms of professional support and cross-referrals
- Previous clinical experience as a physiotherapy/chiropractic assistant or fitness/personal trainer will be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with passion and ability to work with patients from diverse cultural background and nationalities
